Agreement and eligibility
Users must provide accurate information, maintain account security, satisfy verification requests, and use the platform only for lawful cattle transactions. Access and privileges may be reviewed, limited, suspended, or revoked.
Binding auction activity
Each accepted bid is binding under the published auction terms. Official server records govern timing, bid order, increments, extensions, reserve status, and winning bids.
Fees and authorization
Applicable fees are disclosed before registration and bidding. Users must explicitly authorize saved payment methods and transaction charges. No fee is charged merely for placing an individual bid.
Payments, release, and risk
Release is prohibited until the platform shows required payments and fees as confirmed. Stripe does not guarantee offline cash or check transactions. Ownership, transportation, animal condition, and risk transfer must be defined in each auction’s reviewed terms.
Disputes and limitations
The final policy must define notice windows, dispute handling, governing law, limitations, indemnities, and procedures appropriate to the owner’s states of operation.
