Seller onboarding
Create an account, verify contact information, submit legal and business details, complete Stripe Connect, save a payment method for offline-transaction fees, accept seller terms, and receive administrator approval.
Build a complete cattle record
Submit identification, breed, sex, age, weight when applicable, registration, pedigree, health information, photos, video, bid terms, ownership offered, required documents, and disclosures.
Approval protects the catalog
Sellers may prepare drafts, but every seller, auction, lot, media item, and public document must be approved before publication. Sellers cannot alter bids, winners, locked fees, or locked auction terms.
Payment and release
Online proceeds are allocated through Stripe Connect and released according to the approved schedule after release confirmation. Cash or check applies only to the cattle price; platform fees still clear through Stripe before authorization.
