Buyer default
No pickup authorization is issued. The seller and administrator are notified, bidding privileges may be suspended, and the seller may offer the lot to the second-highest bidder or relist it. The original winning bid and default record remain preserved.
Failed offline payment
If a check fails after release, the platform records the failure, notifies the parties and administrator, suspends the buyer when appropriate, and begins the published dispute process. Stripe does not guarantee offline cash or check.
Refunds
Refund eligibility, platform-fee treatment, timing, animal-condition claims, transportation risk, chargebacks, and transfer reversals must follow the final attorney-approved policy and applicable auction terms.
