Before pickup or delivery
Review the invoice, deadlines, seller instructions, location, authorized person, and document status. Make transportation arrangements directly as permitted by the auction terms.
One-time release certificate
After required funds and platform fees succeed, the platform issues a confirmation number and one-time QR code. The seller verifies the buyer, cattle, lot, payment state, and authorization before release.
After release
The buyer confirms possession. For offline transactions, the seller records the amount, approved method, reference number, and receipt time. The seller then confirms the bill of sale and required transfer documents.
